Facade inspection

Façade Inspections are a critical, required component of building operations in our area. Abi Santos

Abi started his career with a large janitorial company 16 years ago and made his way into the window cleaning industry. Abi was a loyal member of the original Fish Window Cleaning team and joined PIERCE’s in the early days.

Abi is Director of Window Cleaning and Safety Director at PIERCE. He is responsible for overseeing all window crews, as well and hosting weekly safety meetings and ensuring all jobs are performed according to OSHA regulation. He is an access specialist and key part of the company’s success and growth. Abi has five children and one grandson.

Gerard Colome

Gerard keeps our technicians on the buildings! He manages the schedule and job details for the window cleaning division. His goal is to help PIERCE move towards even more efficient scheduling systems of so that the team can focus on providing excellent customer service.

Gerard has studied Mechanical Engineering and Project Management and worked in sales and deliveries. Gerard was born in Puerto Rico and loves visiting his home island. He now lives in Lawrence with girlfriend and their cat Chai. He loves recording music, listening to hip hop, taking pictures, and spending time with family.

David Ma

David oversees financial matters for PIERCE. He manages incoming payments, payroll, and other key financial and administrative tasks. He previously served as staff accountant for a technology company. He graduated from Bentley University. He believes that PIERCE’s role in cleaning and maintaining properties is key to keeping our community beautiful.

He lives in Lexington with his wife. His hobbies are playing ping pong and basketball, reading, and following the Celtics, Red Sox, and Patriots.

Cam Kinnally

Cam works to streamline many of our operational and administrative processes, from marketing strategies to job scheduling. She focuses on internal operations, but also loves connecting directly with our clients.

Cam joins PIERCE from the Greater Boston Real Estate Board where she served as Assistant Director of Events and Education for BOMA Boston and MAA. Her background is in philanthropy and events, and she graduated from Tufts University.

She lives in Beverly with her husband. She loves cooking, baking, hosting dinner parties for friends, and working out at spin, yoga, and HIIT classes.

Reynaldo Iraheta

Reynaldo is one of the best high-rise window cleaners in the city. His technical and leadership skills led him to a managerial position where he is responsible for the day to day operations of the Window Cleaning Division, including windows, gutters, and dryer vent cleaning.

He demonstrates dependability and loyalty and is a highly respected leader of the PIERCE technicians. Reyanldo lives in Chelsea with his wife and three children.

Steve Dowdy

Steve leads the Garage Services team, guiding clients through the process of maintaining their parking structure, planning work and sourcing materials with his team, and ensuring clients are satisfied with the result. He also oversees PIERCE’s commercial snow removal work. He believes in providing a new level of best-in-class services in an old industry.

His background is in law enforcement and facility operations for a large university. He then managed all parking structure maintenance in New England for the country’s largest parking company, providing year of experience with garage restoration and commercial snow removal.

Steve lives in Swampscott with his wife, daughter, and baby son. On the weekends, he likes brewing beer, smoking meats, and longboarding.

Mike Smyth

Mike focuses on maintaining property values through waterproofing services. He works with his crew on estimating job costs and managing the job processes. He built the waterproofing division from the ground up and has trained his staff to be the best in the area.

He came to the US from Ireland in the 1980s and began his career as a bricklayer. He believes in providing customers with the first-class treatment he has received himself while working with the PIERCE team.

His passions include spending time with his two adult sons, as well as woodworking, soccer, kayaking, and reading everything he can find.

Kyle Pierce

Kyle oversees sales and new business opportunities for all divisions at PIERCE. He tries to embody the company values of customer service and top-quality work. As co-founder with his brother, Matt, Kyle has participated in every aspect of the business – from cleaning windows at 20 stores, to power washing garages overnight. “My vision for PIERCE is be the first and only call for our clients when comes to exterior maintenance and restoration.”

Kyle lives in Somerville with his wife and their dog Benny. His hobbies include playing, watching, and coaching basketball. He enjoys running, working out, and playing golf. He and Matt come from a family of six siblings.

Erik Simard

Erik sets a high bar for our Directors and their divisions so that PIERCE can continue to provide a “Best in Class” experience with every client ineraction. His goal is sustained growth in all of our Divisions, supported by a first-rate team and strong industry relationships. He is responsible for all levels of PIERCE operations.

Prior to his arrival at PIERCE, Erik was Vice President at a janitorial and building maintenance company with over 200 employees for 15 years. He graduated from the University of Vermont. He lives in Melrose with his wife and he loves watching his two girls become strong, independent young women

Matt Pierce

Matt Pierce, after studying business management at Northeastern University, partnered with his father to build the largest store front and residential window cleaning franchise in the USA. Seizing a strategic opportunity in the commercial window cleaning market, Matt launched PIERCE Property Services in 2013.

Matt has served on the boards of BOMA Boston, International Window Cleaning Association, and Power Washers of North America. Matt lives in Winchester with his wife, daughters, and son, and loves spending time with their large extended family. Matt enjoys playing golf and tennis with friends and clients.
