As a result, all Pierce employees are trained and retrained according to the latest industry standards and regulations. All aerial boom lift operators are OSHA certified.

PIERCE is an industry leader in safety nationwide. Our Safety Director leads a 52-week, 24/7 safety program based out of our Safety Central training facility in our headquarters. The program is dedicated to keeping our team educated, sharp and knowledgeable on property operations, OSHA regulations, and developing safety and sanitation standards. All of our divisions receive relevant safety training catered specifically to their focus services. Our positive track-record of OSHA performance is directly reflective of the investments we have made in our workforce to be the best and keep safety top of mind at the highest level. Matt Pierce Knows Responsibility

Matt Pierce, President

Matt Pierce, after studying business management at Northeastern University, partnered with his father to build the largest store front and residential window cleaning franchise in the USA. Seizing a strategic opportunity in the commercial window cleaning market, Matt launched PIERCE Property Services in 2013.

During the last 10 years, Matt has had the privilege to serve on the executive board for the International Window Cleaning Association, as well as the board for the Power Washers of North America. In his spare time Matt enjoys playing golf, tennis and spending time with the family.

Responsiveness is Erik's Specialty

Erik Simard, Vice President

Erik Simard graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Vermont in 1994. He has over 20 years of experience working in the janitorial services industry, specializing in operations. 

Prior to his arrival at PIERCE, Erik was Vice President at a janitorial and building maintenance company with over 200 employees for 15 years. Erik’s no-nonsense approach to operations and customer service is what makes him a perfect fit at PIERCE.  Like the rest of the PIERCE team, he knows relationships, responsibility, and responsiveness always come first. He lives in Melrose with his wife and two daughters.

Customer Relationships Matter to Kyle Pierce


Kyle Pierce has over 10 years of experience in the window cleaning and exterior building envelope maintenance industry. Kyle gained hands-on experience as a technician and supervisor at the largest store front and residential window cleaning franchise in the USA.

As PIERCE’s Business Development Manager, Kyle draws on his experience to provide detailed, accurate, and timely customer proposals. He is active in IREM, BOMA, RHA and CAI. Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wheelock College in Boston, and excelled as a student athlete as captain of the varsity basketball team. He lives in the Boston Area and enjoys coaching youth basketball and traveling.
