ENSURE YOUR BUILDING ENVELOPE ADHERES TO THE BOSTON INSPECTION ORDINANCE 9-9.12
As described in Ordinance 9-9.12 of the City of Boston Municipal Code, occupied buildings over 70 feet high must be inspected every five years (once per year for unoccupied buildings) for condition, movement, deterioration, and water tightness. The inspection must be overseen and certified by a licensed Inspectional Services Department architect or engineer.
