Hope this letter finds you and your loved ones healthy & safe.
As a client & friend in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, I felt it was important for me to address my contacts during this difficult time. We are all doing our best to navigate this COVID-19 issue and are taking actions to pivot our businesses to handle the changing “norms” of business and property operation.
I wanted to take the time to address what we have done to change the way we function in our own facility and while on our client’s properties. As we look ahead and consider what our business will look like after this historic time, we have taken several important steps to prepare and be stronger:
- Safety – Assessing and training on CDC and OSHA guidelines to ensure our teams and our client partners are safe during any/all work performance. This includes disinfecting work trucks inside and out (daily), providing proper PPE (gloves, masks & helmets) to our work force, adding disinfectant elements to our cleaning buckets
- Client Needs – In response to client demand, we have retrofitted some of our maintenance crews to perform disinfecting and sanitizing scopes of work for building exteriors, including exterior areas, benches, entrance ways, stairways and railings, garages and parking lots, and windows and glass surfaces.
- Fleet Readiness – Servicing and re-branding our fleet of vehicles and equipment to ensure our resources are fully prepared for the season ahead.
- “Get Back to Work” Programs – In an effort to do just that, we are offering one-time savings opportunities on spring work for a limited time (April, May, June). These are unique programs we can design specifically for you to maximize savings on cleaning services.
Our commitment to bringing value to our clients is stronger than ever as we look to navigate how to safely operate in this new state of normal. We are here to help you provide your tenants with a clean, safe work environment that is ready for work to resume.
Our teams are ready to go and prepared with all necessary CDC and OSHA safety requirements. Please reach out and let us know how we can help you.
We are all in this together and will make it through and be stronger for it.
